How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. We have premium shipping such as DHL, FEDx, etc that also provide express and faster shipping of our products worldwide, if you decide to go for premium shipping, that is express and faster, the options are shown at checkout page but depending on your location.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of DaVinci (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Small looking, not tested yet
An excellent microphone for a simple layman who does not want to strain, connected, set the levels and use, no additional software, set noise cancellation, all sorts of equalizers. Excess noise does not catch.
awesome sound quality
Looks very high quality. When connected, the driver was installed automatically and the microphone immediately started working. Micro is very sensitive and loud, the sound is good. Of the minuses: perceptibly catches the sound from the back.
Great microphone, I use it myself and advised my friends.

Quality good microphone. It would be good if the clicks of the mouse and keyboard were not heard. A separate on/off button wouldn't hurt. Arrived in 6 days (Express)
I don't see the point to write a lot. Many reviews on it everywhere, time-tested Fifine has made a name for itself in different segments. Everything works perfectly, sound, quality. You can take. Hope will last long) I will also join the rest of the reviews, I need a pop filter and a pantograph for convenience, and perhaps someone will need a USB extension.
Great product is what you need. Records well at a distance of 40 cm. No need to speak straight into the microphone.
I don't have a "quality microphone" to compare this one, so I compare it with Knife usual microphones: -That of my webcam C920Logitech -The one of my computer T480s -That of Knife JBL headphones (several models) The difference in sound is breathtaking: no Spittal, no parasite, a sound that stands out clearly, a voice that seems natural!!! I am much plus confident in my possibility of being heard, and understood, by Knife interlocutors, during teleworking and videoconferences. I sincerely hope that Knife interlocutors equip themselves as well.
For its price the best microphone, came in 2 days, which I was very surprised. The sound is excellent build quality.

A simple good microphone with great sound, nothing to do. On the rack, the bm-88 perfectly complemented the strict workplace.
Arrived quickly, everything works. There is a very small dent on the metal mesh. It is almost invisible with the eye, but you can feel it with your hand, but it does not affect the operation of the microphone.
