How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS. We have premium shipping such as DHL, FEDx, etc that also provide express and faster shipping of our products worldwide, if you decide to go for premium shipping, that is express and faster, the options are shown at checkout page but depending on your location.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of DaVinci (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
The sound is excellent for this price, the noise reduction is good, the external sounds are almost inaudible (the sound through the headphones is heard only at high volumes), the plastic is not very pleasant to look at, looks cheap but in general it does not matter. The ears themselves do not move around the axis unfortunately. Head from long socks does not hurt. LED lights bright green when working. EQ works well, sound changes markedly. Result: the headphones are good, I recommend it. Cons concern only appearance.

perfect headphones sound and design 🎧 😍
Quite unexpectedly, the company delivered the headphones, instead of a magnet-a market. The parcel was not tracked and I accidentally saw in the Vk message that the parcel has been waiting for me for two days in the PVD. The headphones came in a bag with a box with folded headphones inside the factory packaging. Everything is whole, the headphones were charged and immediately earned without problems. The sound quality is expected, above average, I am satisfied. Headphones weigh 170 grams and I bought them in addition to heavy ones, which weigh 300 grams.
There is no favorite radio button, and the default sound volume is to loud
The delivery is fast. There is an analog, for the same money. For this product: "" holds good time (for now, probably New), Radio; "-" The volume of the Max Sound is rather weak (on the TV), loss of communication within the 3-room Khrushchev (apparently, the receiver of the "blue-tube" is rather weak).
Beautiful and the volume is great
The box was crumpled, it did not affect the headphones-most likely this was sent, since the outer packaging was even. On BT got off without problems. The 32 GB TF-card was burned in. The volume is satisfactory. There is a radio and a semblance of an equalizer with 5 preset. In a word-for this money, the attendants for 5 points.

nice sounds
The headphones came a week before the Irkutsk region, were neatly packed, even the box was not crumpled. I am already taking the second such headphones, the first headphones served 6 years if they had not fallen and were not decomposed in half, they would have served for another 2 years. And so the headphones do not differ in the same loud, orange colors, the sound is clear, the bass is at the best level. One of the best headphones I have had, I recommend
